Welcome to the website for the Dale v. Travelers Class Action Settlement.

If you were injured in a collision and Travelers paid you the policy limit for uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage on one vehicle, but the policy also covered one or more other vehicles, you could be included in a class action settlement.

A consolidated lawsuit is pending in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona (Case No. 22-cv-01659-PHX-SPL). Plaintiffs’ legal claims arise out of how Travelers paid its insureds for uninsured and underinsured (“UM/UIM”) motorist claims.
